摘  要：隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入，英語的重要性已逐步凸現在各個方面。中職生學英語的重要性和必要性已得到社會各界的廣泛認同。在整個中職教育中英語占有重要的地位。然現實情況并非如此，英語幾乎成了中職學校師生最為頭疼的一門學科。尤其是學生學習英語的積極性不高、效果差這一現實情況始終困擾著廣大師生。教師們不免感嘆：為什么我們教的越來越累，學生學的越來越差？

關鍵詞：英語教學；中職英語；問題

一、當前中職英語教學存在的問題

（一）中職學生學習目標不明確，學習動機不足

在課堂中，學生玩手機、竊竊私語、看課外書等現象時有發生。學生對英語學習不重視，得過且過，不會積極主動的學習英語。筆者認為出現這一現象的原因是：一些中職生一方面學習目的不明確，對自己的期望值不高，但又不想放棄讀書機會；另一方面又受社會上“讀書無用論”影響，想放棄讀書，自己到社會上掙錢；一些中職生可能經過屢次考試失敗，再加上老師、父母對自己的指責，認為自己不適合讀書，于是學習動機不足。

（二）中職學生學習基礎很薄弱，英語學習能力低下

好多中職生入校時英語基礎差，底子薄，學習跟不上，越學越差，形成惡性循環。學習活動時思維遲緩，情緒消極。很多學生初中甚至小學時就沒養成良好的學習習慣、沒有掌握正確的學習方法，致使學生對英語學習走進死胡同，喪失自信，進而更加厭惡學習甚至拒絕學習。

（三）教師教學手法單一，難以激勵學生學習熱情

在中職學校，英語教師的知識水平和教學業務能力參差不齊，教師對外界信息量接受少，教學觀念陳舊、教學思想落后。教師普遍感到難以組織好教學，但找不到適合中職生的教學方法。英語教學方法簡單、枯燥、手段滯后。教師片面強調灌輸知識，理論和實踐掛不上鉤，脫離生產和生活。教學評價過于單一。客觀上造成一些學生學習興趣大減。

二、如何能使能使學生愛上英語

（一）教師幫助學生激發英語學習的興趣

1、幫助學生對其英語學習失敗進行正確的歸因。根據歸因和自我效能感理論，如果將失敗歸因于不努力，則會對未來產生較高的預期，成功有望。教師應培養學生正確的歸因方法，使學生對自己的失敗有一個清楚的認識。其次，幫助學生明確學習目標，提高其對學習動機的自我意識水平，中職生中相當一部分學生學習目的不明確，無從自我激發。教師可以幫助學生根據自身情況，為學生制定一項近期目標和長遠目標。這樣就可以使學生有那種跳一跳就能夠著果子的感覺，然后再逐步強化中職學生的學習動機，培養他們對英語的興趣。最后，教師們應盡可能發現他們身上的閃光點，鼓勵學生，樹立信心。

2、教師盡可能多的創設英語學習情境，激發學生的認知好奇心。動機的產生受兩種因素的共同影響：內因與外因。教師不妨先創造英語學習的外因，在學校里創設英語學習情景，增大信息輸入量，刺激學生的多種感官，使學生置身于濃厚的英語氛圍中。課堂教學中，教師要針對中職學生的實際情況，突出現代職教的特點，注重實用性知識的教學并充分體現專業特色。教師在教學過程中可適當補充與課文相關的，同時也要與學生的實際生活相聯系的話題。使學生積極參與教學過程，提高英語學習興趣。

3、緊扣社會實踐，整合教學內容。在英語教學中，教師應結合學生的生活實際，合理利用、拓展教材，積極開發電視、書刊、網絡信息等豐富的教學資源，組織學生開展多彩的英語課內外活動，以喚起學生積極參與英語學習活動的熱情。

 （二）教師須成為學生學習的楷模

教師是教育的關鍵。是教師義不容辭的責任是培養、提高學生的學習動機。當然，教師首先須學會學習。一位好教師僅具備專業知識是不夠的，他還須具備豐富的學習經驗和學習能力。面對知識生成和更新不斷加快的現代社會，教師不僅須具備勝人一籌的學習能力，始終保持知識優勢。而且還須有真知灼見。這就要求教師能博采眾長，學無止境。否則，就難以激發學生的學習動機，也達不到較好的教學效果。

（三）創建和諧師生關系，激發學生的學習動機

越來越多的教育心理學家認為：幫助學習落后、學習動機缺乏者最好的辦法是情感教育。如果教師對這些學生采取冷漠態度，他們就會自暴自棄、厭學棄學。反之，教師不歧視、不冷淡，做學生的良師益友。他們則會親其師，信其道，努力學習以報師恩。因此，教師應多關心學生，與他們多接觸、多了解，以此來高他們學習的積極性。

（四）采用分層教學，進行多元評價

“我去問老板這個小天使多少錢”?老板說十元錢。可是我沒有那么多錢啊!我用我的早餐錢，一天省一元錢，十天之后，我終于攢了十元錢，我高興地朝精品跑去。我買下了“小天使”，回到家后，我抱著我的“小天使”，愛不釋手。

每當我不高興時，它總是笑著對我說：“小主人別不高興，讓我來給你講個笑話吧!”
